Today, Chairman U Aung Kyi Nyunt sent his condolence message to H.E. Mr. Mustafa Şentop, Speaker of Grand National Assembly of Türkiye and H.E. Mr. Hammouda Sabbagh, Speaker of the People’s Assembly as follow:
“The Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) of the democratically elected MPs in Myanmar was deeply saddened to hear the news of the devastating yesterday’s earthquakes in Türkiye and Syria. We stand with the government, parliament, parliamentary friends and people of the Türkiye and Syria at this difficult time. On behalf of the elected parliamentarians and our own citizens, we extend our deepest condolences to all families of the victims and best wishes to those injured for their speedy recovery.”
