“အကြမ်းမဖက် အာဏာဖီဆန်ရေး လှုပ်ရှားမှုဆိုင်ရာ နိုင်ငံ့ဝန်ထမ်းဥပဒေ” ပြဋ္ဌာန်း
၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇွန်လ ၁၃ ရက် ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၊ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ CDM အောင်မြင်ရေးကော်မတီ (CDM Success Committee) က အောက်ပါ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များဖြင့် ပေးပို့လာသော “အကြမ်းမဖက် အာဏာဖီဆန်ရေး လှုပ်ရှားမှုဆိုင်ရာ နိုင်ငံ့ဝန်ထမ်းဥပဒေ” အား ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော်က အတည်ပြု ပြဋ္ဌာန်းလိုက်သည် –
၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ ပြည်ထောင်စု၏ အခွန်အကောက်ဥပဒေအား ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော်က အတည်ပြုပြဋ္ဌာန်းခြင်း
ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၊ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ စီမံကိန်း၊ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးနှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုဝန်ကြီးဌာနက အောက်ပါရည်ရွယ်ချက်များဖြင့် ပေးပို့လာသည့် ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ ပြည်ထောင်စု၏ အခွန်အကောက်ဥပဒေအား ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော်က အတည်ပြုပြဋ္ဌာန်းလိုက်သည်- “၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ ပြည်ထောင်စု၏ အခွန်အကောက်ဥပဒေ ပြဋ္ဌာန်းရခြင်း ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များ” ၁။ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရသည် ပြည်သူတို့ ရွေးကောက်တင်မြှောက်ထားသည့် အစိုးရတစ်ရပ် ဖြစ်သည်နှင့်အညီ
ပြည်သူ့ရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့ ဥပဒေအား ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော်က အတည်ပြုပြဋ္ဌာန်းခြင်း
ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်၊ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ ပြည်ထဲရေးနှင့်လူဝင်မှု ကြီးကြပ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနက အောက်ပါရည်ရွယ်ချက်များဖြင့် ပေးပို့လာသော “ပြည်သူ့ရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့ ဥပဒေ” အား ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော်က အတည်ပြုပြဋ္ဌာန်းလိုက်သည်။ “ပြည်သူ့ရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့ဥပဒေ ပြဋ္ဌာန်းရခြင်း ရည်ရွယ်ချက်” ၁။ အဓမ္မအာဏာသိမ်းယူခဲ့သော စစ်အာဏာရှင်တစ်စုအား ဥပဒေနှင့်အညီ ထိရောက်စွာ အရေးယူ နိုင်ရန်။ ၂။ အဓမ္မအာဏာသိမ်းယူထားစဉ် ကာလအတွင်း စစ်ကောင်စီနှင့်

ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော် နိုင်ငံတော်၏ အတိုင်ပင်ခံပုဂ္ဂိုလ်ဆိုင်ရာ ဥပဒေ ၂၀၂၁ ကို ပြင်ဆင်သည့် ဥပဒေ (၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ်၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော် ဥပဒေအမှတ် – ၁)၁၃၈၃ ခုနှစ်၊ တပို့တွဲလဆန်း ၂ ရက်(၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၂ ရက်) ပြည်ထောင်စုလွှတ်တော်သည် ဤဥပဒေကို ပြဋ္ဌာန်းလိုက်သည်။
